DBH welcomes commercial lawyer Karina Huddleston

Duncan Basheer Hannon is delighted to announce the appointment of Karina Huddleston as Senior Associate for the DBH Commercial Law team.

Karina joins us with over 11 years of legal experience and is a welcomed addition to our firm.

She is a highly regarded commercial and litigation lawyer who has a wide range of expertise in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including contract disputes, lease and franchise disputes, property disputes and corporate and personal insolvency matters.

Her expertise also extends to Wills and Estates, in which she has a broad range of experience including simple and complex estate planning, probate applications and estate administration.

Karina’s previous employment includes Hudson Lawyers, Commercial & Legal and R G Eckermann & Co. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Adelaide and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2003.

Some of Karina’s professional memberships include; Law Society of South Australia, Women Lawyers Association of South Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors, Animal Law Committee and Roma Mitchell Community Legal Centre.
